Up to 5 years
of device warranty
After the purchase, we offer full devices warranty over the period of up to 5 years. We ensure that, as our client, you can be absolutely sure of your purchase’s safety in every respect. If there appears to be any problem with the device during the warranty period, we encourage you to make a complaint, which will bring you reliable support and solution. Your peace and satisfaction are most important to us.
After-sales support
We understand that sometimes problems connected with technical side of the device may appear. It is important to note that our transaction does not end with simply issuing an invoice. If you have questions or ambiguities concerning the device, we will happily provide you will full answers and try to dispel any doubts. On-site warranty:

The technician will conduct professional servicing on site, minimizing downtime and inconveniences. D2D (Door-to-Door) warranty:
Our D2D warranty service meets the needs of those who for different reason prefer for the servicing to be conducted beyond their workplace. When you experience technical problems, it will be enough to contact us for us to send a courier. The courier will come directly to you, take packed devices, make sure that they are properly secured, and then deliver them to our special service. After the service or parts replacement is done, the courier will deliver the repaired devices back to the place designated by you. Thanks to this solution you avoid the need to transport the devices and have certainty that the servicing is done by specialists.
